1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of electric vehicles and registration processes, returns are limited.

Products may be eligible for return only if:
• Delivered product is damaged
• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect (verified by service team)

2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Registered vehicles
• Used products
• Accessories damaged after delivery

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
